The Shuya Crafts was founded in 2019, located in Donguan City of China, manufacturer for Mouse pad,Gaming mat, RGB keyboard mat, Chair Floor mat,Bar Mat, Yoga mat,Jar opener and other rubber relative products.so we are a one-stop buying "shop" for you. All the products can be made CE, FCC and RoHS compatible according to our clients′s need.

2 What we offer?

We mainly offer OEM/ODM services for our product, we have many years for this. For OEM service, the MOQ could be very low from 50 or 100 pcs. The product pattern&color, spec, package, master carton can all be customized according to your need.

1 How to place an order?

2 What is the lead time?

A)When they are goods in stock, we need 3 to 5 working days to deliver the products after the payment received. If there is no stock for the items you are interested, you may need to wait until the goods ready, usually at most it take 10-15 days. Anyway please contact us for details!

Here is the flow path: We send you price list->Confirm the interested items->Confirm requirements in details&Payment Method-> Send PI->Make Deposit payment&Start artwork design-> Launch the order after deposit payment received-> Make product golden sample before mass-production and prepare artwork sample before mass-printing-> Wait for production schedule to launch production-> Goods Finished-> We send you pics for goods ready in stock-> Arrange quality inspection if you need-> Make balance payment-> Arrange shipment, by sea or by air

3 What is the payment method?

T/T Bank Transfer, 30% deposit and the balance before the delivery.

4 What is the defective rate?

The defective rate is 0.2%. Due to strict quality control rules, all of our products are inspected for 4 times by QC staff before delivery. The first time for raw material, second time for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function. Besides, for the bulk order, 0.3% spare parts are offered free of charge to ensure you will not got any loss for any possilbe defective product.

5 How to ship goods?

A)For samples, usually the samples will be sent by air express(DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT), or we can deliver the samples to your appointed warehouse or agent, all ok to us.

B) For bulk order, usually we ship the goods to Shenzhen port by sea.

6 What is the trade terms?

Ex Work(Factory Price), FCA, FOB(Shenzhen Port or other ports), CIF
